Katherine and Josh met while they were both working at a ministry called Youth Haven for at risk youth. At the beginning they were just friends, but they slowing starting getting closer and closer with each other. It took about six months before they finally decided to turn their friendship into a relationship. For their first official real date, they went to the MSU rose gardens and went ice skating.
I have been following Katherine and Josh’s love story for awhile now. I had the honor of also doing their engagement photos. They are just some of the sweetest people and the cutest couple. I was so excited to also be there for their big day! They were both just so happy to be finally getting married. Katherine was just so sweet and couldn’t help but have happy tears throughout the whole day. That just shows how much in love they are.
Katherine and Josh said their “I do’s” at Robbins United Methodist Church. Their reception was at the beautiful English Inn, in Eaton Rapids, MI. Katherine always loved the English Inn. So when it was her time to get married, that was her top place she wanted to celebrate at. And if you ever walked the grounds, you would understand why, the place is gorgeous and right on the Grand River. The whole day was full of love, God and laughter. At one point there was a little battle between MSU and U of M, but things were settled peacefully. Congratulations Katherine and Josh. I hope you two have an amazing life together!
