This was one of those weddings were everything kept going wrong.  From extreme heat and humidity, to everything running late and finally huge storms rolling in.  But Kallie and Jay weren’t going to let any of this get in the way of the happiest day of their lives.

They decided to get married at the beautiful Barn at Monterey Valley in Allegan, MI.  It is a gorgeous venue that holds a renovated barn, pond, several gardens and an outdoor ceremony site.  This was the perfect place to have their country themed wedding.  Kallie even wore here cowgirl boots under her dress.  Kallie and Jay had a super sweet outdoor ceremony, even with storm clouds looming overhead.  Luckily everyone was able to get inside before the skies opened up.  Once the the storm had passes, everything proceeded as normal.

Kallie and Jay made a grand entrance into the ceremony through the big barn doors.  This was followed by heartfelt speeches and dinner.  The old fashioned mac-and-cheese was amazing! Kallie and Jay had their own personal stage for their first dance.  The perfect place to showcase their dancing skills with several dips and spins throughout the dance. The cornhole game was a big hit to all the guests and everyone had a epic time on the dance floor.  Even though things might have started out hectic, everything turned out perfect at the end.

Congratulations Kallie and Jay!  I wish you two all the joy and happiness in your new life together!
