Rachel and Alex got engaged last year when they drove up north to do a ‘color tour’ in Manistee.  That is why they really wanted to take their engagement photos during fall to pay tribute to that.  They went hiking and drove through the woods, got dinner in Manistee and then headed home. It wasn’t till after they got home that Alex proposed.  He said he wanted to do it with their dogs there to witness.

I can’t wait till their wedding next year!
