I had the greatest time hanging out with Katherine and Josh for their engagement session.  They are just the sweetest couple and nicest people.  It was their idea to have a little picnic during their session and I loved the idea.  They ended up bring up all the fixings for a picnic and we all ate and had a fun time just doing picnic things.  Van Raalte Farm in Holland, was the perfect location for their engagement session.  The sun even came out in the end for some beautiful sunset photos.

Josh had the perfect proposal planned.  He told Katherine to dress fancy and he took her to one of her favorite places, the English Inn in Eaton Rapids, MI.  They had dinner at the restaurant and then took a walk through the gardens on the grounds.  Josh’s sister was there, ready and waiting, in the bushes with her camera when they came down to capture everything.  Josh found the perfect spot and then got down on one knee and asked Katherine to marry him.  They are now getting married in the same location this summer.  I just can’t wait!
