I am so excited that I finally got to photograph a wedding at Grand Rapids Downtown Market! Amy and Joe definitely made sure to bring summer to their winter wedding with a greenhouse wedding. Everything was just so gorgeous, especially Amy in her lace wedding dress. Just stunning!!

This was not my first time photographing one of their families’ weddings. About a year earlier, I was the photographer at Amy’s sister’s wedding. So, I was so honored when Amy and Joe wanted me to photograph their wedding as well.

Amy and Joe had both the ceremony and reception at the Downtown Market. They even continued on with the greenhouse tropical theme at the reception space. You would have thought you were in the Bahamas! One of my favorite personal touches they did was with the wedding favors. Amy got a photo of each guest and made personalized magnets for everyone. They were so cute! The food was just as great with a delicious taco bar for dinner and a ice cream cart for dessert.

I was so happy to have been a part of Amy and Joe’s special day. Here is to love, laughter, and happily ever after – may your lives be filled with endless joy and unforgettable moments. Cheers to Amy and Joe! 🥂✨
