West Michigan has always been my home. I grew up in Whitehall, lived in Allendale while I went to Grand Valley State for my photography degree, and I am now currently living in Holland. And since I am a Michigander born and raised, I have a love for sandy beaches and craft anything.

 I have been married for over 8 years now to my amazing husband, Chris. No kids yet, we are more about the fur babies.  Some of the things we like to do together is checking out new bars/breweries with friends, playing board games, binge watching tv shows on Netflix, and the occasional visit to an antique shop or car show.

One of my favorite things to do is travel and hike. One of my main goals in life is to visit all the National Parks in our country, or at least most of them (there's a lot, lol). Some of my favorite parks I have been to would have to be Yellowstone, Glacier and Yosemite.  I go on a trip every year and keep ticking parks off my list.  And of course I take my camera with me for every hike. For how often I take photos while walking on a side of a cliff, it's amazing how I have not fallen off a mountain yet.
