Allie and Charlie’s wedding was my last of the season.  And what a great way to end it up in the beautiful Petoskey MI, right at the peak of fall.  They had their ceremony at a beautiful park right on a Lake Michigan bay.  Luckily for them, mother nature was nice to them and besides a three minute sprinkle, it was a gorgeous fall day.  Allie is part of the Odawa native american tribe so there was a lot of the ceremony that included Odawa wedding traditions.  The blanket ceremony was my favorite part.

They followed their beautiful ceremony with the reception at the Odawa Hotel. This was the second wedding in a row that had a burger bar and I was not disappointed.  They also had a deep fried strawberry shortcake bar that I sadly did not get to try.  It was a big hit though.

Congratulations Allie and Charlie.  I hope your life together is has beautiful as your wedding.
